The property was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. We had a full size kitchen and balcony view of the beach. The beds and pillows were comfy. The amenities at the resort were really nice. The pools were nice and you had access right to the beach. There is towel service and a bar on the resort. Overall- our stay was pleasant and are considering coming back again.

The view was good, nice beach view, the pool at royal palms was nice. The pools, jacuzzi, beach and the bar were easy to get to, the kids water park was pretty far away but accesible by walking. Staff was nice and the hoep and room was clean.

the condo/apartment we stayed at was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for the week. when we needed towels ext, they were brought to us in a very timely manner. I appreciated the washer and dryer in unit, that was very helpful.

Management was really nice, barkeep was excellent. Lady from Jamaica working Starbucks was so kind and patient with the customers - even when customers were rude, she never loss her cool. So classy, LOVE her, give her a raise!

I don’t think our condo had been cleaned after the last guest and before our arrival. Bathroom in the master bedroom was not cleaned properly. Pool was great and the beach was perfect (that is the reason for the stay).
